Mobile Notary Public 

I provide Mobile Notary Public and Loan Signing services.  For your convenience I travel to your home, office, local restaurants, coffee shops, care facilities or any other mutually agreed upon location.
 
You must have a current (non-expired) State or Federal issued identification at the time of the notarization.  The identification must contain a photograph, signature and physical description, of the person that is signing the document.

Appointments are available for the day, evening, weekends and some holidays.

I have experience with general forms needing to be notarized as well as mortgage documents  required for purchases, refinances and more.  I have assisted various title companies with the closing of several hundred loans.

Are you out of the Clark County area and you are in need of having a document signed by a Clark County resident?  I can assist you with getting the document signed and sent back to you.

I am bonded, insured and have passed a recent background screening.  I have been certified as a Notary Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association as well as 123Notary.

I am a member of the National Notary Association, American Society of Notaries, Notary Rotary, 123Notary and Notary Café.

I am not an attorney and therefore, by law, I cannot explain or interpret the contents of any document for you.  By doing so I would be engaging in the unauthorized practice of law, and could face legal penalties that include the possibility of incarceration. Any important questions about your document should be addressed by an attorney.

By law, I am not able to create or provide the general forms to you.  Forms can be purchased at many office supply stores or online.
